1. Acceptance of Terms and Use of the Website

2. Quotes, Orders and Payment

• Quotes are estimates and are subject to availability.
• Cash on delivery means payment is due when the container is delivered.
• Delivery timing estimates, including same-day or next-day delivery, are not guarantees.
• The $300 delivery credit applies to qualifying orders only.

3. Rent to Own

Rent-to-own terms are available for up to 48 months and are subject to approval. The specific terms of any rent-to-own arrangement are set out in a separate written agreement.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

• Program name: Rams Containers Customer Messages.
• Description: By opting in on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Rams Containers LLC about your quote, delivery and rent-to-own account (customer care). Only if you separately opt in, you may also receive marketing messages about inventory and offers.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or text START.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability
